How-to video coming soon
- For
- Compliance leads, Institution administrators
- You need
- The CISO’s or the Compliance lead’s role, and the examiner’s address.
- Result
- A key on the record, and the key email to the examiner.
Steps
Choose Issue an examiner key on Examiner keys. Enter the holder, the organization, the expiry as YYYY-MM-DD and a reason, then sign with your identity provider.
The examiner gets the key email, with the expiry and what the key can and cannot do.
Share packs to the key from the Evidence pack builder.
To end access early, choose Revoke the examiner key on Examiner keys and sign with a reason. Reads stop at once.
Good to know
- The CISO or the Compliance lead issues and revokes examiner keys.
- A key reads and queries. It cannot write, draft or change anything, and every read is logged.
- The revocation is a record on the chain. Packs the examiner already downloaded still verify offline.
- Nobody at GovernanceOS issues a key on an institution’s behalf.
