You need
Your access code, entered, so your trial has started.
Result
A workspace with its regime profile written as versioned facts.

Steps

  1. On Client overview, choose New client.

  2. On New client, say whether the workspace is for a client of yours or for your own institution. The choice decides what happens at handover.

  3. Enter the client’s name and email domain on New client. The administrator who claims the workspace at handover needs an address at this domain.

  4. Answer the three questions on New client: where the head office is supervised, what it is, and what it answers to. Only the regimes of the places you chose are offered, and nothing is ticked for you.

  5. Give a reason for the profile, for example the engagement letter, and choose Create and import a register. Import a register opens next.

Good to know

  • Each client has its own workspace, and nothing crosses between them. Switch clients from the Client menu.
  • A client claims its workspace at handover, and you keep a read-only copy. Your own institution receives its workspace as a move, and you keep no copy.
  • If a client’s profile keeps records in its own region, the workspace says so before anything is uploaded: records here are stored in Canada.
  • The profile is written as versioned facts. Every later change asks for a reason too.
