Draft a finding
Write a finding that cites records, says what they show and who decides, then share it with the client.
How-to video coming soon
- For
- Practitioners
- You need
- A workspace with imported records to cite.
- Result
- A finding marked draft, typed and versioned. The entries it cites do not change.
Steps
On Findings, choose Draft a finding, or the Draft a finding beside an entry to cite it.
On Draft a finding, give a title and tick the records it cites. What it rests on shows the query result behind each one, as of the date it was computed.
Choose a severity in words, minor, significant or serious, on Draft a finding. Then write what the records show, your recommendation, and the named role who decides.
Give a reason for this version and choose Save draft. Each save on Draft a finding is a new version with its reason.
When it is ready, choose Share with the client. Find it again under My drafts.
Good to know
- A finding is your work product. It never changes the entries it cites.
- Sharing sends nothing by email. A shared draft goes into the next export for the client and arrives in the client’s tenant at the claim, still marked draft.
- From Re-assertion lapses you can also draft a re-assertion or an interval for the named person. The entry changes only when that person confirms.
Where in the product
These open the prototype, on fictional institutions. People are shown as roles.
