The CISO invites people at the institution’s domain and gives each a role, with the gate authority it carries.
How-to video coming soon
- For
- Institution administrators
- You need
- The administrator’s role, the CISO’s in the demo, and each person’s work address at the institution’s domain.
- Result
- An invitation, and a grant of gate authority written as a record.
Steps
Open Members and roles. The table lists each role, its gate authority, its duty, how it signs in and its status.
Choose Invite a member on Members and roles. Enter an Entra user or a work address at the institution’s domain, and choose the role.
Write the reason and sign with your identity provider. The invitation goes out under your institution’s sign-in and shows as pending until the person signs in.
Invite the CRO, the Data lead, the Validator, the Actuary and the Compliance lead, so every gate has a named approver. Only you so far is the screen a new tenant starts from.
Good to know
- Gate authority: G1 the Data lead, G2 the Validator, G3 and G4 the CRO, G5 the Actuary.
- One named approver per gate. The Validator must be a different person from the G3 approver.
- Only addresses at the institution’s domain can be invited. Anyone else is an adviser or an examiner, with their own key.
- Only the CISO, as administrator, invites members and assigns roles.
Where in the product
