Your browser reads the register into this page’s memory, and goslint runs inside the page. This page can connect only to governanceos.si: its Content Security Policy says so, and your browser enforces it. Once the checker is ready, it runs with the network off.
One engine
The page runs governanceos 0.3.0 from PyPI, the package behind the command line, and checks its SHA-256 before it runs, so both give the same findings.
