Free AI model register template
One template per regulator, with the columns goslint checks: 23 rule packs, from OSFI Guideline E-23 to the EU AI Act and the GCC central banks. Each comes as CSV and XLSX, built from the field list of the engine the free checker runs (governanceos 0.4.0).
Fill it, check it, import it
- Download the template for your regulator.
Its header row is the regulator’s fields, in the order goslint reads them. The XLSX adds a Fields sheet with each column’s basis and citation.
- Fill one row per model or AI system.
Keep metadata about your systems only: no customer, patient or personal data belongs in a register.
- Check it, free.
Drop the file on the free checker: it runs in your browser, with no account, and shows what to fix in the regulator’s own words. At a terminal: goslint lint register.xlsx --pack osfi-e23.
- Import it into the Register tier.
The Register tier is free for institutions: import the spreadsheet, see three findings, and claim your tenant under your own sign-in.

Questions
Questions about the template.
Is the AI model register template free?
Yes. Every template downloads without an account, as CSV and XLSX. The free checker on governanceos.si/lint also needs no account and runs in your browser, so the file stays on your computer. Institutions can then import the register into the free Register tier and claim their tenant under their own sign-in.
Which regulators do the templates cover?
Twenty-three rule packs: Canada (OSFI Guideline E-23 and the AMF guideline), the United States (the NIST AI RMF Playbook, the NIST Generative AI Profile and Colorado), the GCC (QCB and two CBUAE packs), the EU (three AI Act registration sections, the ECB and ESMA), the UK (PRA SS1/23), Switzerland (FINMA) and Asia-Pacific.
Can one register serve several regulators?
Yes. Each template carries one regulator’s columns, and a register can carry the columns of several. On the free checker you can choose several rule packs at once; goslint then reports, for each pack, the fields that are missing and the next review dates that have passed, in that regulator’s own words.
Where do the columns come from?
Each column is a field of a goslint rule pack, read from the regulator’s own text and cited. The XLSX template’s Fields sheet gives each column’s basis as goslint reads the source, required, expected or recommended, with the citation, the source address and the date the source was read.
