Hand over this workspace
- This workspace is for
- A client you advise. You are recorded on it as the client’s outside consultant, as chosen when the workspace was created.
- So at handover
- The client claims the workspace, and you keep a read-only copy.
- Who can claim it
- An administrator at nebula-mutual.example, the domain on the client’s profile, signing in with the client’s own identity provider
Prototype states
What moves to the client
- The register, every version and its reasons
- Findings, drafts and filled templates
- The readiness position
- The regime profile
- Files and the connected repository, with every hash and commit
- The assistant log
What stays with you
- A read-only copy as of the handover date: entries, versions, findings, drafts and the readiness position
- Each file’s name and hash, not the file itself
- Nothing you can change: the copy is read-only
Your assistant’s access to this workspace ends at the claim.
What happens next
- The administrator receives one email with a claim link, and signs in with the client’s own identity provider.
- Until the claim, the workspace is read-only for you. The link stays open 14 days, and you can take the handover back until it is claimed.
- After the claim, the client pays for its own tenant. Your subscription is unchanged.
- The client may then invite you back as an adviser, under its own sign-in.
Learn more about handing over
Handing over asks for the administrator’s address and a fresh sign-in code.
- Handed over
2026-10-16 10:05 CT, Practitioner, Northline Advisory, to ciso@nebula-mutual.example
- Administrator’s claim
In progress. The CISO signs in with Microsoft Entra and accepts the workspace. The claim link stays open until 2026-10-30. See the claim screen
- Adviser invitation
After the claim, the client can invite you back as an adviser, logged in its audit log. See the invitation email
The client claimed the workspace on 2026-10-17. You hold a read-only copy as of the handover date, 2026-10-16, and an adviser invitation is waiting.
- This workspace is for
- The institution you work for, as chosen when it was created
- So at handover
- It moves. Everything goes to your institution’s tenant, files included, and you keep no copy.
- Nobody can take the workspace from you: your institution’s tenant receives it only when you hand it over and its administrator accepts.
- The invitation goes to the same work address. On your first sign-in through your institution, your practitioner identity is linked, so your name stays on every entry you wrote.
- Your practitioner account continues for your other workspaces, or you close it.
The handover itself is the same: the administrator’s address, a fresh sign-in code, and a read-only copy for you after the claim.
