Every client here is still a workspace of yours, so whether a system is running is not observable: that needs the institution’s own tenant. Gate states are what the client’s file declares, typed; a passed gate is recorded only in the institution’s tenant, by its named approver. Nebula Gulf Bank’s two lapsed systems are illustrative choices for the demo.
